Frequently Asked Questions

What to expect on your first visit?

An “assessment” can sound a little intimidating, but don’t stress! We are here to make this a comfortable experience for you and your child. Your specialist will arrive at your home within 5 minutes of the scheduled appointment time. They will contact you via text if there are any delays.

Specialists will be wearing anti-microbial scrubs, face masks and washing hands upon entering your home. More about our COVID-19 precautions.

First your specialist will review your child’s medical history and ask a few questions about their development and medical history. After the assessment your specialist will explain their treatment plan.

Do I need an Rx?

You do not need an Rx for any assessment or scan, but you will need to get an Rx from your pediatrician if treatment is needed. We can help you with this!

Do you bill insurance?

No, but we are happy to provide you with the necessary documentation to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

What are your COVID-19 precautions?

Your safety and the safety of our specialist are our #1 priority!

Specialist will be wearing a mask and anti-microbial scrubs. They will wash their hands as soon as they enter your home and will remove shoes if asked.

All equipment and measuring instruments that come into contact with our clients are disinfected after each use.

Our Specialist will re-schedule an appointment if there is ANY chance they might have been exposed to COVID-19, or are experiencing symptoms before your appointment.
